Run the same flow as the Instagram side: request your Instagram ZIP, drop it into the Unfollowers Tracker, and read the unfollowers and mutuals views. For most creators, those lists overlap heavily with Threads.

When you actually need a Threads-only export

Meta has begun rolling out Threads-specific exports. Once they’re widely available, the same ZIP-based method will apply. We will release a dedicated Threads view if user demand justifies it, until then, the Instagram view is the closest proxy.

Inside the Instagram data export flow, Account Center → Your information and permissions → Export your information. Tick the Threads category if you want Threads-specific data included in the ZIP.

What Threads data is exportable today?

Followers, following, posts, replies, likes, and your profile activity. The list is growing as Meta expands the export.

Can I use the Unfollowers Tracker for Threads now?

Yes, for the follower/following lists. Because Threads shares the Instagram identity, the same set-difference math gives you Threads unfollowers in most cases.
